Storm Follow Up

Kathy Andes, Flying Hills, and her dog, Lowen, a long-haired dachshund, get ready to head to Kathy's son's home in Exeter. Lowen just had back surgery and his to remain warm. Also, Kathy said trying to walk him in the dark is getting too dangerous due to all the debris on the ground.
